He has worked in projects and construction management area for Oil and Gas facilities, Petrochemical plants, Power plants, Utilities and Pollution abatement systems.

Aneetha has a Masters in Economics and MBA in Personnel Management from Pune University, as her academic credentials, and is a qualified labor law Professional.

She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Training and development and Mentoring. She has worked with large Multi-national corporates in India and abroad in leading roles of Talent Acquisition, Development and Management area. She is passionate and committed to Human Resources development, Management and Mentoring.

Suneel is a NIT Chemical Engineering graduate, and an authority in application engineering in Thermal field and a passionate Management professional having over 40 years of varied experience in EPC Project Management and Business leadership roles in Indian and Overseas Business scenarios As a technology expert and domain specialist, Suneel has successfully held various leading positions with Thermax Group of Companies including management of some of their overseas ventures and startups. His major expertise also includes Product Engineering, Project Management, Sales and Marketing, Vendor Development, Sourcing and Project Execution.

A Graduate Mechanical Engineer and post graduate in Statistics and Business Management, having varied experience in EPC Project Management and Business leadership roles in Indian and Overseas Business scenarios.

He has over 38+ years of rich experience in Power Sector in multilateral environment with variety of stakeholders from multi-cultural background. Having substantial experience in Overseas and Indian business scenarios in Business Operation, Power Plant Asset Assessment and Due-diligence, Marketing & Proposal, Project Management, Execution of large size LSTK projects, Project cost management, Business collaboration, Technology Transfer, Contract Management, Risk Assessment and Managing Risk, mid-term and long-term Business plan, Operational Excellence, Quality Management, Health-Safety-Environment (OHSAS), Training and organizational development, Knowledge Management etc.

He has held various positions in BHEL, International Combustion Ltd., DLF Industries etc. and had a long tenure in Larsen & Toubro Ltd. in various lead roles including Strategic Business Head of Gas Based Power Projects (National and International markets), County Head-Bangladesh, Project director for Coal and Gas based power plants etc.

Chandrashekar is a Graduate engineer from IIT and an MBA from IIM having a professional experience of over 35 years in India and Overseas business scenarios.

He has worked for major Industries in India, UAE, Oman and New Zealand and has expertise in Strategic Management, Corporate strategy, Business process re-engineering etc. and played lead roles in organizational turnaround of large business houses.

Jacob George is a Law Graduate with Masters in Management Sciences, with varied experience of over 40 Years in International Business, Foreign Trade Policy, and Customs & International Logistics Management.

He has in depth understanding and expertise in Foreign Trade Policy, Customs Rules & Regulations, SEZ Act & Rules, FEMA Regulation, Letter of Credit (UCPDC 600), Incoterms 2020, Shipping & Logistics Management, Turnkey projects, Risk Management, Process implementation, cost reduction initiatives, etc.

He Served as Member of various Committees and Trade Panels of EEPC &, FIEO, Convenor of the International Trade Panel of CII Pune, Member of Intl Trade Panel of Western Region, Member of National Panel of Intl Trade CII, Member of the Permanent Trade Facilitation Committee of Customs & CCFC of Pune Customs, and member of Working Committee of PEPC.
